Some of these homeowners came to us after a home inspection called out an aging roof. Others decided to replace theirs before it became a problem, sometimes after seeing our work on a neighbor's house down the street. Either way, we use trusted products like CertainTeed shingles, Velux skylights, and ProVia windows, and we treat every home like it's on our own block.

Bel Air, MD

A home inspection flagged this early-2000s roof for replacement, so we tore it off down to the deck and installed CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in Coastal Blue, along with new gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards.

After a home inspection marked this 2005 roof for replacement, we did a complete tear-off and installed CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in Driftwood, swapping out all three skylights for new Velux units along the way.

After seeing the roof we replaced down the street, these homeowners decided to get ahead of their 2002 roof, so we did a full tear-off with CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in Georgetown Gray, new fascia, and 12 ProVia Aspect Series windows.

Yes. We'll inspect your roof or exterior, show you photos of what we found and explain your options at no cost and with no obligation.

Will you tell me if I don't need a new roof?

Yes. If a repair will solve the problem, or your roof has good years left, we'll tell you and quote the repair instead.

What warranty comes with your work?

All of our workmanship is covered by a 10-year warranty. Material warranties come from the manufacturer and vary by product, and we'll walk you through yours.

Can you help after storm damage?

The best quote I received!  One call to schedule the work.  Delivery of project materials on a Friday.  Completed work Monday and Tuesday with full clean up.
